Cross Lapper

 

Application:

 

Cross lapping the web after carding, then feed to the next process. Suitable for needle punching, spunlacing, thermal-bonding production.

 

Technical Parameters:

1.        Width: input: ≤2.5m   output: 2.5m-6.6m

2.        Spreading speed: ≤60m/min

3.        Web weight: ≤4000g/m2

 

 

Feature:

1.  Lapping the web by antistatic apron and output the web by PVC conveyor.

2.  4 inverter motor groups and 1 high-power servomotor for to-and-fro movement are controlled precisely by PLC system. The system has the PROFILE controlling function.
